Sarah Soto - Director of Client Experience
Sarah Soto is the Director of Client Experience for Real Property Management of Southern Connecticut and has been with the company since October 2019. Sarah is responsible for automating and innovating any and all standard processes and policies. Leading the team to success. Her main goal is to provide all our clients from vendors, tenants, and property owners with the best experience striving to make any change seamless.
Sarah has over 10 years of experience in customer service and has earned several certifications in leadership and IT Service Management techniques.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys running, swimming, and spending quality time with her family.
