Paul Dupervil has owned and operated Real Property Management of Southern Connecticut since 2011. Before founding RPM Southern Connecticut, he had several years of experience as a real estate investor and manager of investment properties, both those he owned and for others. Paul has since grown the company to 8 employees, over 300 properties, and over $1 million in annual revenues. 2019 is projected to be their biggest year to date.
Prior to his career in investment properties, Paul had a successful 15-year career and progressive leadership experience in logistics, transportation, and marketing. Paul was most recently the Operations Manager at Iron Mountain, where he was responsible for managing production and transportation functions, financial and data metrics, and managing relationships with key clients. Prior to that he served as Director of Distribution Services at Harte-Hanks, Inc. He received his B.S. degree from University of Maryland in Logistics/Transportation and Marketing and is currently working on an M.B.A. from the University of Hartford.
Paul has translated the business acumen he developed in his logistic management career into building a successful business where he successfully manages properties all over New Haven County, including condo associations, apartment complexes, individual homes, and investor properties. He is committed to excellence and quality, is trusted for his professional guidance, and has developed rigorous processes to provide property owners with the best solutions to manage their property. In particular, he has shown a demonstrated commitment to transparency and high ethical standards in balancing the needs of both clients and tenants.
In his spare time, Paul is an avid learner, always looking for ways to enhance his business and real estate skills. He is a member of the Entrepreneur’s Organization-Connecticut.
