Ann Marie Shefchick - Property Manager
Ann Marie Shefchick, a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Property Manager, has been with Real Property Management of Southern Connecticut since April of 2015. She has 23 years of real estate experience, specifically with residential properties and real estate owned asset management.
Ann Marie primarily works with our clients and is responsible for cost-effectively keeping and maintaining our properties in a market-ready condition while being focused on obtaining the best price when renting or selling. With an open line of communication and quick resolutions, Ann Marie keeps our clients and their tenants satisfied when customer service issues arise.
Before joining the RPM team, Ann Marie worked for ten years as an asset manager at a nationally-known bank. Before that, she was a senior administrator for a nationwide real estate brokerage firm with local offices where she worked with property management companies, completing repairs to residential properties and restoring them to market value. Ann Marie’s strengths include her strong professional ethics and communication skills. She is adept at working with both our high-volume clients and members of the general public.
In her spare time, Ann Marie enjoys time with her family, baking, cake decorating, and cooking.
