Tyler Lebel - Leasing Manager

Tyler is the Leasing Agent and Business Development Manager at RPM Southern CT. He is responsible for developing new opportunities for growth, marketing as well as the leasing aspect of your property. Handling anything from A-Z; lease prep, marketing, move-in inspections, showings, owner communication and everything in between. Devoting over six years to RPM Southern CT thus far, Tyler has experienced nearly every department from administrative to book keeping to maintenance. Prior to joining RPM Tyler spent over 10 years in Retail and Restaurant management, where he managed to fine tune several proficiency such as customer service, time expectations, organization, and observant to people needs. Originally attended Husson University in Bangor Maine in the height of the Great Recession. Tyler quickly ascended the ranks of a variety of clubs and organizations on campus including co-chairing Social Committee, President of College Republicans, Vice President of Diversity Club, Residential Adviser, and many others. He ultimately had to transfer and earned his associate degree from Tunxis Community College. In his spare time Tyler enjoys several outdoor activities such as nature walks, mini golf and kayaking. He also has an interest in the cruise industry and studies the business regularly.
