Teresa Flint is the Bookkeeper for Real Property Management of Southern Connecticut and has been with the company since January of 2015.  With nearly 20 years of bookkeeping experience, Teresa is primarily responsible for all payables and receivables.  Keeping accurate records assures that clients and vendors are paid correctly and promptly. Also, she is responsible for inputting information for new clients and their properties, recording all move-ins and move-outs, and answering any questions our clients may have about their accounts.

Before joining the company, she worked as a bookkeeper and office manager for a group of real estate investors in Hartford, and as a bookkeeper and human resource representative for multiple chiropractic companies in the Bronx, NY. She helped the businesses she worked with to grow both financially and in size.

Teresa is meticulous and enjoys working with numbers.  Her professionalism regarding confidentiality is vital to our clients. Also, she has recently become a Notary Public.

In her spare time, Teresa enjoys crocheting, hiking, walking, and spending time with her family.  She is looking forward to spoiling her first grandchild. Teresa is also committed to the community and supports the Special Olympics, breast cancer awareness, and many organizations that are involved in pet rescue and wellbeing. She is a participant in a Dana Farber Institute study for Breast Cancer.

“I’m lucky to work with great people who are team players.  Everyone is ready, willing, and able to help.”

“I believe our customers get better service with us. When a client has a question that one of us can answer better than another, we all respond to their question or concern.”

“I am committed to helping our customers. They can be confident that our company takes care of any issues that may arise from their rental properties, giving them the opportunity to have less stress in their lives.”
