Paul Rocha - Operations Coordinator
Paul Rocha is the Operations Coordinator for Real Property Management of Southern Connecticut and has been with the company since October 2015. Paul is primarily responsible for performing walk-through inspections, receiving maintenance requests, coordinating repairs with RPM Southern Connecticut’s approved list of contractors, and assuring the client’s investments are well cared for. Also, Paul interacts very frequently with clients, tenants, and state inspection officials. Tenants feel comfortable around him, and he can communicate fluently in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Paul has over seven years of experience in maintenance and home improvements. He earned degrees and training in Business Management and the liberal arts and has certifications from the Connecticut Department of Public Health in Environmental Health, Subsurface Sewage Disposal, and Food & Alcohol Protection.
Paul spends his spare time with his two lovely daughters. He and enjoys tennis, pool, and long walks outdoors.
